But this little tidbit is worth it's weight in gold. Lord knows, since I have been working on this video, in all other activities I have undertaken, I hear these words ringing from Tony.

Here is the link in case you missed the last blog:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cpc-t-Uwv1I

The Three steps we need to be aware when taking on a new task. Focus, really focus on what you are doing, the task at hand, and nothing else. When you think about that which you are giving your attention to, what is the feeling? Give it a meaning. Is this the end, or the beginning? Am I being rewarded or punished? And as soon as you give it a meaning then the emotions kick in. And when they are positive they create positive actions. What I am going to do? It's clear in the decision process one tends to see the big picture, but break it down into small steps, and take action. One foot in front of the other. Speed is not the deciding factor here, it is progress!

When we were first starting out to walk it was scary! Standing on wobbling legs, holding on for dear life what ever we could find to hold on to. Back then we fell down, we did not give up, we kept on trying, with the encouragement from the family, even clapping and cheering when we managed a solo step! Pictures back in my day, and nowadays video, it was all recorded as a Kodak moment. Did anyone ever give up? Did anyone ever say, oh I think he is not going to be a walker, did it ever occur to us we were not going to succeed? Ok, some took a little longer than others, but outside of a handicap, everyone learned the art of walking, sooner or later. And for me that is a small example of life. Everyone learns the walk of life, sooner or later. Focus on your goal or desire. Attach a meaning to it, that motivates, empowers, and then ready, aim, fire. Keep shooting until you hit your target. No excuses, no limits, use what resources you have and make it happen!

Keep the Fire Burning and See You at the Top:)

Why we Do What We Do

Last week I was asked by one of my mentors to translate a clip from a Tony Robbin's seminar for our weekly Leadership webinar. It was a clip that she had sent me a few weeks before, that was very rich in information and guidance, and seemed perfect for where I find myself right now in this stage of the game.

The video is all of twenty minutes long, but jam packed with informational gold nuggets. And as I translated and tried to decide what was the message behind the entire thing, it started to sink in. There in the middle of my apparent task of translation from english into swiss german, I realized what the message was and through this exact listening, writing and translating, it began to sink in even more than when one simply listens and takes notes.

I highly recommend that anyone who appreciates their lives and would like to create something new watch this clip. The message in a nutshell is the pattern human nature follows in making decisions. From simple every day decisions to monumental life changing decisions. The pattern remains the same when one will succeed in reaching the desired outcome.

Our emotions are one of the strongest forces that either support us in achieving or they stand in our way, preventing us from achieving the desired outcome. There are roughly over six-thousand emotions in the english language. And if you were to ask someone to list which ones they felt in the last week the majority of the people would be able to list ten to twelve. The first few would be positive and then followed by an endless aray of negative emotions. And if you feel negative then you act in a negative manner and naturally acheive negative results. So wouldn't it make sense to stay in the positive frame of mind and create positvie actions thus rendering positive results?

Our internal driving factor,is what Tony calls this, is guided by invisible forces. When we can become aware of what our own invisible forces are then we will be able to see and feel the invisible forces from those we choose to engage for whatever activity, personal or business related.

A quote from Tony, "Effective leaders have the ability to consistently move themselves and others to action because they understand the invisible forces that shape us."

Here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cpc-t-Uwv1I

There are a few simple steps we make every time in the decision making process and although they happen naturally, consistently, most of us are unaware of them, or how they function. In the next blog I will go through these steps, one by one, that each and every one of you may begin to become aware and also master these skills to acheive things you never dreamed possible!

See you at the Top!

Attitude, State of Mind, and Personal Development

I had a discussion last night that was really quite amazing. I have a partner who has been building his business for almost a year now and he was totally discouraged about his "results". Why is it that so many people in the network marketing branch seem to over estimate what is possible in the short term and under estimate what will happen in the long term? And they tend to get caught up with how much money they are making, or not, or their position in the compensation plan, what level they have acheived, or haven't.

Granted these are importants guidelines to become aware of where you are in your business development, but at the same time, one must realize that these are not the only gains or profits one aquires, naturally they are important, in every business there is a goal of creating a profit. But the foundation has to be laid before a house can be built, just like a seedling must create it's root system before it can flourish.

Here in Switzerland just creating the foundation for a new house or building looks like it takes forever, removing soil, pouring concrete, and all the supports being properly placed. This can take a year or so and it appears to all who observe as if nothing is really happening. And then as soon as the foundation is complete, then
suddenly the structure shoots out of the ground at enormous speed and the project heads toward completion.

Well in our line of work it is not any different, our learning curve, or personal growth and personal development must also go through a foundation building process.
Removing unwanted beliefs or attitudes that are negative or standing in the way from creating the mindset of our new enterprise. Sure it is not easy leaving your comfort zone, can be even a little scary at times, but with each new discipline one learns, the process becomes easier and easier, until it becomes a habit and almost taken for granted over time.

This foundation building process cannot be avoided, how would the house or structure stand the test of time without this support system? It is the same for us. We must master our new skills, through learning and most importantly doing, in order that we may thrive and grow further. So it is sad when I see someone who has learned so much and developed so many skills, laid their network marketing foundation, and then they pack up and go home, because they do not see their results yet.

We are what we think, say and do. And either you are focused on building and growing and that is where you concentrate your efforts, or you are missing the message about what this business is all about. Please reward every little step you acheive in your personal development process, and see these as the most vital of profits one can initially make. With determination, discipline and good old hard work, each and every one of us will reach all of our dreams and then some, probably even accomplish things you had never thought of in your wildest dreams!

So let's get started laying a solid foundation and really the sky is no longer the limit!

See you at the Top!

Why Are People So Afraid of Network Marketing?

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 240px; height: 320px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Wz7-_v9XcRU/ShfPZdVFDZI/AAAAAAAAABo/8gDixIYhREI/s320/Fischerh%C3%BCsli_M%C3%A4nnedorf_06042009+005.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5338963919547731346" />

I woke up this morning and had this question in my mind. Thought it might be nice to share with those of little faith, the doubting Thomas’s as it says in the Bible. On Thursday it was a holiday in Switzerland and we organised a little gathering from our Network Marketing Company, Xanget Group. We are relatively young, approaching our third birthday, but we have grown from 1 to over 2’500 when not close to 3’000 members as I speak, or write.

My point is this, the Summer Kickoff party was an invitation for those who wanted to, and were able to attend, with their family, including children and dogs of course. It took several weeks of preparation to organise everything, and the location was a pearl on the Lake of Zürich.

The costs were all kept to a minimum, and everyone brought not only something for the grill, but a side dish to share with others, without being asked! As we enjoyed a beautiful day, gorgeous weather, and just a vibrating feeling, we all had a chance to relax. It was my observation, although we were a small group, not the entire team, but merely representatives of this team, that we were like one big family. No I am not talking about Mafia, or Sect, or Cult, just a group of people all working on the same dream. Sure we all come from different backgrounds, different religions, and even opposite sexes, but we work together to bring a message to everyone that crosses our path, about the opportunity we offer.

I have been privileged to be with this fine young organisation for almost two years now, and I must say that to sit back and take in the scenery of laughter, stories being told, ideas being exchanged, concerns and solutions to problems being communicated, it dawned on me how far we all have come in such a short time together. There was no fanfare, no preaching, and no cheering section. Just good people with the same vision working together on creating each and every dream and ambition each individual has. The growth, personal development, that I personally have experienced is enormous, and watching and listening to the others, it seems each and every one has made a metamorphosis that that in itself is worth its weight in gold!

I no longer care who joins or sees our vision, and have become unattached to the decision one makes when they are offered our opportunity, while I know we are all on the right path, and whether it takes a month, a year, or a decade to reach our goals, the outcome is secondary to the fact that through this affiliation we have earned many sincere and long lasting relationships for which no price tag can be placed. We are building a dynasty with or with out those who are afraid or still remain ignorant to what networking really is all about.

So if you are still rowing your boat all alone, stop and ask yourself, wouldn’t it be more fun to share this journey with someone who possibly shares your dreams or ambitions, that is capable of supporting you in reaching those and possibly even more than you ever dreamed of?

On the other side of fear you will find success! Let' make it Happen!

The More you Learn the More you Earn

Howdy Gang, here is a topic that everyone can use in network marketing. If you have been in this business for awhile you know what I am talking about. And if you are considering to join, then listen up! The only investment one can make, that one can never lose, is the time one invests in their own development. Reading books, going to seminars, listening to cds, and webinars, any thing you can do to broaden your horizons, or strengthen your skills. It doesn't really matter which level you are at, just starting out or already at the top, the same theory applies, as soon as you stop to learn you stop leading. We can apply this to the plant world, when a plant stops growing it is heading towards death. And without saying, the more you learn the more you earn.

When we are just starting out the information one aquires is overwhelming, but taken in small bites, each and every morsel of knowledge can be chewed up and well digested. If you over eat you will pay the price. Just take in what you can manage and let it sink in and then begin to exercise this in your actions. Information with out action creates confusion and most of the time depression. We know what we need to do, but just can't seem to get the job done. Here is where many newcomers to the industry wither off and quit.

It is like any professional athlete, doctor, lawyer it really doesn't matter which profession you choose, they all require a certain amount of learning, training, and discipline. This day in and day out. And your goals must be crystal clear, other wise you are in a boat with one rudder, just going around and around in circles. So one must find the balance and exert efforts in all tasks involved. The steps one takes are quite simple.

We learn a new skill, read, listen, and study, then we incorporate this into our actions. We act and gain experience through our actions, positive or negative, they are all important to have as each teaches us what results we have gained. And then polish those skills until they become second nature. As soon as we have experience with these new skills we are then capable of giving them further, to our new partners, who again go through this entire process themselves. This enables the new partners also to leave their comfort zone and expand it! And as they master these new skills and share them further with their new partners, well then, duplication is gauranteed!

If one enrolls many in their organization but is unable to lead these people, they will soon slip through your fingers like sand. Trust me, I have been there and I have done that! I was not prepared to provide them with the tools they needed to succeed. And here is the most important part. We all seem to measure our progress or success by what level we are on in our company, or how much money we earn. In reality the success is in the learning, learning new skills, learning to teach these new skills to others, and then watching and supporting them while they continue to do the same. We are not babysitters, nor are we the boss, we are simply leaders.

And as a leader, one loves the process, results will follow, but without this process all material gains will be worthless and almost impossible to reach, not to mention short lived and quickly just a fleeing memory. So buckle down for the ride. Commit to being the best you you can be and then share each nugget you get in your hands with each and everyone who proves to you they are willing. All will succeed, but each one has the privilege to determine their own journey, we can only provide the direction, the course must be taken one step at a time, and when there is no desire, then there is also no motivation. Do not invest time and energy in a sinking ship, they have chosen their path and let them be, they will not hold you back from acheiving your goals.

It is not our duty to convince anyone, either they see the opurtunity or they don't. History in the network marketing industry speaks for itself. One is either blind or scared stiff to ignore these facts. And our biggest challenge is to let go of all expectations, without expectations there will be no disappointments. We are building a dynasty, with or without them, it is up to every individual to choose.

See you at the Top!

Faith,Do we All have this much Faith?

We received this Email this morning from a dear Freind and it moved me so much I had to share it with you all!

Subject: Fw: Faith -- this is incredible

Good morning precious friends and family

Hope the Son is shining in your neck of the woods .

This email brought tears to my eyes this morning especially to all you animal lovers witnessing the power of love and someone believing in you .

Know that you are in my thoughts today .Hope it will be a blessed one

Blessings

Rose

This is 'Faith'

This dog was born on Christmas Eve in the year 2002. He was born with 3 legs - 2 healthy hind legs and 1 abnormal front leg which needed to be amputated. He of course could not walk when he was born. Even his mother did not want him.

His first owner also did not think that he could survive. Therefore, he was thinking of 'putting him to sleep'.
By this time, his present owner, Jude Stringfellow, met him and wanted to take care of him.
She was determined to teach and train this dog to walk by himself.
Therefore she named him 'Faith'.

In the beginning, she put Faith on a surfing board to let him feel the movements.

Later she used peanut butter on a spoon as a lure and reward for him to stand up and jump around.

Even the other dog at home also helped to encourage him to walk.
Amazingly, only after 6 months, like a miracle, Faith learned to balance on his 2 hind legs and jumped to move forward.

After further training in the snow, he now can walk like a human being.

Faith loves to walk around now. He has appeared on various newspapers and TV shows.
There is even one book entitled 'With a little faith' being published about him. The first thing you need to know, in order to know what you want to do is to know what you don't want to do. Wow that's a mouth full. He goes on to say that in today's hectic world that there are still so many people who do not really know what they want, and that they find it difficult to impossible to figure this out.

The best way for one to begin to figure out what they want to do in life is to eliminate the things they do not want to do first. He even told us at a seminar that everyone is so busy writing Do-Lists, that in large part do not even get accomplished, but that it would be more beneficial to write a Don't Do List. A list of things you would like to stop doing. By doing this one has the ability to remove wasted time or activities that cost more time, money and energy than the results they produce.

When you can choose what you don't want to be, and what you are willing to let go of in order to reach the desired goal or state of mind achieved through these eliminations, then it is easier to get clear on what one's true desires really are. What you would like to experience becomes crystal clear.

This is the first and most important step one can take. Karl says we should take a quiet moment, for an hour or so, and write down all the things that you would be prepared to let go of. What would you be happy to remove from your life? What would you be able, starting today, to live without? And with the time gained through not doing these activities you do not like, what would you rather be doing?

This is how every growth process begins. We need to create free space and free time, for the experiences we are missing or would like to have in our lives. Once we have eliminated the unwanted, and created a free space, the creativity of the body, mind and spirit begins to be active in creating something new to fill this void. And in this space your life returns to the natural process of growth, and not in the reverse direction most of us are heading.

In closing, Karl says that people always experience that which they provide a space for in their lives to experience. And in life something new begins to grow, when we cultivate, fertilize, and nurture it with our thoughts.

What have you been thinking about lately, are you growing in the direction you want to grow?

How to Stop Time Wasters

I am presently reading a book from Timothy Ferris, the title is "The 4-Hour Workweek." Aside from just downright genius, this book is exploding the 9 to 5 system fairy tale. I am in no way taking credit for this information, Tim has provided us with, I merely feel it is urgent to get this information to as many people as possible, so that it can be implemented, when the shoe fits wear it.
I highly recommend picking up a copy of this book today, and reading it, it will change your life.

The topic I want to address today is how to stop time wasters. There are hundreds when not thousands of little tasks each and everyone of us perform daily that require enormous time. It may seem like a few minutes, but added together over the course of a week, month, or year, these tasks drain the productivity out of us daily.

Here is a simple, but highly effective, way to gain back time lost on just one of those tasks, E-mail. Most people at the start of the day, turn on their computer, and begin to read their emails, those with large volumes may even wait until all trickle in, but nonetheless, the first task of the day is to read and answer any and all e-mails one has received over the course of the evening.

Tim says, "Time wasters are the easiest to eliminate and deflect. It is a matter of limiting access and funneling all communication toward immediate action. First, limit e-mail consumption and production. this is the greatest single interruption in the modern world."

For the details please consult his book, while it is an excellent reference. But too make it simple there are two steps one must make. Number one turn off the audible alert on your computer when e-mails arrive, this will help you to stay on target with whatever task you are presently working on without the annoying tone as well as a short description that pops up on your screen, a definite concentration killer!

Second read and respond to your e-mails twice a day, for example 12 and 4pm. You can do this right before the lunch break and then shortly before most offices prepare to close. This allows all e-mail you have sent adequate time to be answered. And also create an auto responder for your email, so that everyone who sends you an e-mail is notified that you read and answer e-mails in the times you designate. This may take some time for all to be aware and accustomed to your routine, but it is a powerful move in allowing you time to focus on your priorities and objectives, and this naturally increases your productivity.

He goes even further to suggest putting all office phones on voice mail, with a similar routine for returning calls. He informs callers with his message that they should e-mail their requests when possible, thus reducing amount of time one spends on the telephone with unproductive discussions. When a return telephone call is required he informs the caller when he will be available to make that call.

When you implement nothing else from this book, this one task is worth it's weight in gold! Tomorrow I will share the messages one can create for the email autoresponder and voice mail message.

Keep the Fire Burning!

All Aboard

Today we begin to make something Fantastic happen! Each and every day I will be posting a new article about life, our experiences with life, and all the amazing things we encounter in this remarkable journey we call life. I am asking all who take the time to read this blog to also please take the time to share your thoughts. Together we can make miracles happen. United we stand, divided we fall.

When people ask me, "how are you today?" I always answer with, "It's another day in paradise!"
Most laugh and question what I am on that makes me so happy, and to even think such a thing you must be either crazy or intoxicated. But I have to say through my response I tend to wake people up. Instead of hearing the usual response, I am fine and yourself, or something along those lines, they actually think for just a moment what is their own paradise or vision of paradise, and if only for a short moment, they seem to forget about the day to day pressures that one faces in life.

Regardless of how my day is going, good, bad or indifferent, I always give the same reply. This not only helps others to lighten up, it also helps me to keep a positive outlook on my own mission in life. I once met a gentlemen who dared me to say an affirmation for ninety days. I took that dare and it has changed my life. That was over six years ago, and I still fall back on it from time to time. Here is the affirmation I say, and feel free to use it as well. Please do not misunderstand me, affirmations are excellent tools one may use, but in order to profit from them entirely, one must be willing to set them into action as well. Saying them is good, doing them is better. Actions always speak louder than words!

Here she is:

I am uplifted by life and it's wonderful gifts, everyday I am uplifted more and more.
Everyday I receive and give away more gifts than ever before.
My whole life is a gift I give to others.
The gift of love and joy, goodness and kindness.
The gift of peace and hope and goodwill toward everyone.
This my gift to the world and to myself,
and no matter what is going on in my life,
I celebrate it grandly.

So let's join together and create paradise here on earth, it is never to late to get a fresh start, and who knows it just might make all the difference in the world.
